Optimizing the extraction process of Silktree Albizia Bark sedative effect active site with central composite design-response surface method

摘要 目的:优选合欢皮镇静作用活性部位的提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法测定,以加水量、提取时间为主要影响因素,以合欢皮木脂素苷含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,用星点设计-效应面法选择合欢皮提取工艺的最佳条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为合欢皮加入12倍量的水,每次提取114min,合欢皮木脂素苷的含量和浸膏得率分别为0.3622mg/m L和8.03%。结论:该工艺稳定、合理、预测性良好。 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Silktree Albizia Bark with central composite design-response surface method. Methods: HPLC was used to test, and made the additive quantity of water and extraction time as the influence factors, the contents of lignin glycosides and the extract yield as the main evaluation index. The central composite design-response surface method was used to select the process of lignin glycosides content and the extract yield. Results: The optimal extraction process was that 1 copy of silktree albizia bark joined with water of 12 times, and each time extracted with 114min. The contents of lignin glycosides and the extract yield were 0.3622mg/mL and 8.03%, respectively. Conclusion: This extraction technology is reliable, reasonable and highly predictive.
