中医护理对恶性肿瘤放射性粒子植入治疗患者生存质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究中医护理对恶性肿瘤放射性粒子植入治疗患者生存质量的影响。方法:随机将运用125I放射性粒子植入术治疗的49例恶性肿瘤患者分为实验组24例和对照组25例,对照组给予肿瘤科常规护理,实验组给予中医护理,比较两组心理状况、症状的变化。结果:护理后两组评分均较入院时降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组评分较对照组评分降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理可以改善恶性肿瘤放射性粒子植入治疗患者心理状态并提高生存质量。 Objective: To study the effects of TCM nursing on survival quality of patients with malignant tumor after implanting radioactive particles. Methods: The 49 malignant tumor patients which have been implanted with ^125I radioactive particles were divided into experiment group (24 cases) and control group (25 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the other group was treated with TCM nursing. Then the changes of symptoms and psychological status were compared. Resuhs: The scores of the two groups were both decreased after nursing, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of experiment group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclu- sion: TCM nursing can improve the psychological state and the life quality of the malignant tumor patients which received the radioactive particles implantation treatment.
