空心钉张力带与钢丝内固定对髌骨骨折修复的疗效比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较空心钉张力带与钢丝内固定髌骨骨折的疗效。方法对70例髌骨骨折患者予空心钉张力带与钢丝内固定治疗,按照手术方法分为研究组(逆行)和对照组(顺行),比较两组患者的疗效。结果研究组相关疗效性指标优于对照组,术后两组Oswestry评分均优于术前。结论顺行空心钉张力带与钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的效果更佳。 Objective Compare the curative effects on patel ar fracture between cannulated screwtension band and steel wire fixation.Methods Give cannulated screwtension band and steel wire fixation treatment to 70 cases of patel ar fracture patients, divide them into two groups according to the operation methods:one is research group (retrograde) and the other is control group (anterograde). Compare the curative ef ects of both groups according to these two dif erent operation methods. Results The relative ef icacy indexes of research group are superior to those of control group. The score of Oswestry of both groups are better than pre-operation. Conclusion Aannulated screwtension band and steel wire fixation have better curative ef ects on the treatment of patel ar fracture.
