摘要
目的探讨实施护理层级管理对临床护理服务质量的影响。方法选取我院内科40名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为观察者和对照组,每组20例,采用不同方式进行护理管理,比较两组研究对象的护理服务质量;同时在两组分别选取80名住院患者,并对其护理满意度进行比较。结果两组护理人员基本护理质量比较有较大差异(P<0.05);两组患者护理总满意度比较有较大差异(P<0.05)。结论实施护理层级管理可有效的提高护理人员的护理质量,并可改善患者护理满意度。
Objective to discuss the effect of nursing level management in clinical nursing service quality. Methods select 40 nurses in the Department of internal medicine in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into observation and control group, 20 cases in each group, using different methods in nursing management, comparison of two groups of nursing service quality;at the same time in the two groups were selected in 80 patients, and to compare the nursing satisfaction. Results the two groups of basic nursing quality of nursing staff in comparison has a bigger difference（P〈0.05）;the two group patients nursing satisfaction comparison has bigger difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion nursing quality nursing hierarchy management can effectively improve the nursing staff, and can improve the patients＆#39; satisfaction to nursing care.
