高脂饮食对动物生理行为影响的实验研究

摘要 给予大鼠高脂饮食,观察对大鼠体重、日饮水量、血糖、血脂水平的影响。结果发现,给予高脂饮食后,大鼠的血糖和TG、TC、LDL、HDL分别升高了140.89%和25.77%、275.52%、105.54%、31.25%,与实验前比,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01);给予实验组大鼠二苯乙烯20 d,大鼠日饮水量显著减少(P〈0.05~0.001),体重明显增加(P〈0.05~0.001),血糖和血脂水平比给药前显著降低(P〈0.05-0.01)。 Rats were administered by high-fat diet and blood glucose and lipid were determined with an automatic biochemical analyzer. The results demonstrated that the levels of blood glucose and the TG, TC, LDL, HDL in the rats with treatment of high-fat die were significantly increased(P〈0.01), by 140.89% and 25.77%, 275.52%, 105.54%, 31.25%, respectively. When the experimental group rats were treated with stilbene for 20 days, the daily water intake and the levels of blood glucose and lipid were significantly reduced(P〈0.05), but the body weight increased significantly(P〈0.05-0.001), when compared with those before stilbene treatment.
