摘要
为筛选出形态学表现好、遗传距离较远的糯玉米自交系类群,利用SSR分子标记技术对表型不同的101份糯玉米自交系进行SSR分子标记遗传多样性分析。结果表明,30对SSR引物筛选出23对多态性好、带型稳定的引物,分布在玉米所有染色体上;共检测出128个条带,108个等位基因,平均每个引物检测出4.7个等位基因;23对引物多态性信息量为0.59-0.94,平均为0.85;SSR聚类结果将101份糯玉米自交系分为10大类群。
The genetic diversity of 101 waxy corn inbred lines were analyzed by SSR molecular marker technology to screen waxy corn inbred lines with good morphology performance and further genetic distance.Results:23pairs of stable type and good polymorphic primers were screened out from 30 pairs of SSR primers,distributing on all maize chromosomes,amplifying 128 bands and 108 alleles were detected,4.7alleles on average per primer.The value of polymorphism information content(PIC)for 23 pairs of primers varied from 0.59 to 0.94,with an average of 0.85.The results of clustering analysis showed that the 101 inbred lines were divided into 10 groups.
