摘要
为了解鸟王茶产地土壤及茶叶中微量元素特征,更好地提高鸟王茶品质,对土壤及茶叶中微量元素的含量进行测定,并对植茶土壤与茶叶中微量元素的相关性进行分析。结果表明:土壤Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mo全量为Fe(30 576.00mg/kg)>Mn(99.95mg/kg)>Zn(60.18mg/kg)>Cu(13.44mg/kg)>Mo(1.17mg/kg),土壤Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mo、B有效态含量表现为Fe(131.52mg/kg)>Mn(15.49mg/kg)>Zn(3.78mg/kg)>Cu(1.07mg/kg)>B(0.29mg/kg)>Mo(0.03mg/kg);野生茶园茶叶中Fe、Mn、Zn平均含量为Fe(340.52mg/kg)>Mn(340.09mg/kg)>Zn(48.15mg/kg),人工茶园茶叶中Fe、Mn、Zn平均含量为Mn(160.28)>Fe(143.76)>Zn(20.47)。全Zn低于中国土壤的平均水平而高于世界的土壤平均水平,其余均低于中国及世界土壤的平均水平;有效Fe、Zn分布在高等水平,有效Cu分布在中高水平,有效Mn分布在低等和高等水平,而有效Mo、有效B的分布在低等水平;茶叶中的Mn、Cu与土壤中的Mn、Cu呈极显著正相关,茶叶中的Fe与土壤中的Fe呈显著正相关,茶叶中的Zn与土壤中的Zn呈正相关,而茶叶中的Mo与土壤中的Mo呈显著负相关。
The microelement content in soil and tea,and the correlation between microelement content of soil and microelement content of tea were detected and analyzed to study the microelements feature of tea and soil in Niaowang tea producing area and provide a theoretical basis for improving quality of Niaowang tea.Total Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and Mo content in soil is 30 576.00mg/kg,99.95mg/kg,60.18mg/kg,13.44mg/kg and 1.17mg/kg but available Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,B and Mo content is 131.52mg/kg,15.49mg/kg,3.78mg/kg,1.07mg/kg,0.29mg/kg and 0.03mg/kg separately.The average Fe,Mn and Zn content of Niaowang teas from the artificial tea gardens and wild tea gardens is 340.52 mg/kg,340.09mg/kg and 48.15mg/kg,and 340.52mg/kg,340.09mg/kg and 48.15mg/kg respectively.Total Zn content of Niaowang tea is lower than the average content of soil in China,but higher than the average content of soil in the world,and contents of other microelements all are lower than the average level in China and the world.Available Fe and Zn,available Cu and available Mn are at the higher level,at the middle-high level,and at lower and higher level respectively,but available Mo and B is at the lower level.Mn and Cu content in Niaowng tea is very significantly and positively related to Mn and Cu content in soil.Fe content in Niaowang tea is significantly and positively related to Fe content in soil.Zn content in Niaowang tea is positively related to Zn content in soil.Mo content in Niaowang tea is significantly and negatively related to Mo content in soi.
