氮素对番茄根系分泌物刺激瓜列当种子萌发的调节 被引量:8

摘要 用纯氮素溶液稀释番茄根系分泌物的方法进行瓜列当种子发芽试验,研究氮素对番茄根系分泌物刺激瓜列当种子萌发的调节作用。结果表明,纯氮素溶液对瓜列当种子发芽率很小,总体变化不大。根系分泌物用氮素溶液稀释后,不同浓度下瓜列当的发芽率差异显著。10^-6级别和10^-5次级别的浓度对瓜列当种子发芽刺激作用最明显;当浓度升高到10^-4级别,发芽率显著下降;当浓度升高到10^-3级别,则已经开始对瓜列当发芽产生显著的抑制作用。因此,氮素浓度在3×10^-5~3×10^-6之间时,瓜列当发芽率最高。 The test of Orabanche aegyptiaca Pers. seed germination was conducted by pure nitrogen solution to dilute tomato root exudates,and the regulation of nitrogen to the parasitic plant seed germination under tomato root exudates simulation were studied. The results showed that the seed germination rate of pure N solution was very small,and overall change was not big. When root exudates were diluted by N solution,the germination displayed a significant difference under different concentrations. The N concentrations of 10^-6level and 10^-5level had the most obvious irritant actions to Orabanche aegyptiaca Pers. seed germination; When the concentration increased to 10^-4level,the germination rate decreased significantly; And when the concentration increased to 10^-3 level,it started to generate significant inhibitation in germination. It was concluded that Orabanche aegyptiaca Pers. seed germination rate was the highest when the nitrogen concentration was in the range of 3 × 10^-5- 3 × 10^-6.
