摘要
在水温25.0～26.0℃的室内静水条件下,用平均体重（9.1±0.3）g/尾、平均体长（8.5±0.2）cm/尾的松浦红镜鲤进行4种常用渔药的急性毒性试验。结果表明,硫酸铜、晶体敌百虫、溴氯海因、灭孢灵的安全浓度分别为0.18、19.25、11.16、73.26mg/L,4种渔药对松浦红镜鲤鱼种的毒性大小依次为：硫酸铜〉溴氯海因〉敌百虫〉灭孢灵。溴氯海因、敌百虫和灭孢灵3种药物的安全浓度均显著高于目前生产使用的常用剂量,在松浦红镜鲤苗种培育和养殖过程中可以安全使用;硫酸铜的安全浓度显著低于生产使用的剂量,在养殖生产中应减少使用剂量。
At water temperature of 25. 0 to 26 ℃ and hydrostatic conditions in the room,the acute toxicity test of Cu SO4,BCDMH,trichlorfon and cyrtomium fortunei powder were conducted with SONGPU red strain common carp,which average body length and average weight were（ 9. 1 ± 0. 3） cm and（ 8. 5 ± 0. 2） g,respectivey. The results showed that the safety concentration of CuSO4,BCDMH,trichlorfon,cyrtomium fortunei powder were 0. 18,19. 25,11. 16,73. 26 mg / L,respectively,the sensitivity in order of six kinds of drugs were CuSO4〉 BCDMH〉 trichlorfon 〉cyrtomium fortunei powder. The safety concentration of BCDMH,trichlorfon and cyrtomium fortunei powder were significantly higher than the production using dosage,so they could be used safely in cultivation of ONGPU red strain common carp. The safety concentration of CuSO4 was significantly lower than the production dosage,so the dosage should be reduced.
