不同pH条件下五倍子中没食子酸、单宁酸、β-PGG含量测定及分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究及分析在不同的p H溶液中,五倍子中没食子酸、单宁酸、五没食子酰基葡萄糖(β-PGG)的含量变化。方法将五倍子粉末分别加入p H为4,4.5,5,5.5,6醋酸盐缓冲液中,在95℃水浴条件下提取3.5 h,用反相高效液相色谱测定没食子酸、单宁酸、β-PGG的含量。结果当p H等于4时,五倍子醋酸盐缓冲液的没食子酸含量最高;p H等于4.5时,单宁酸的含量最高;p H等于5.5时,β-PGG的含量最高。结论在p H分别等于4、4.5、5.5的条件下,五倍子醋酸盐缓冲液中的没食子酸、单宁酸、β-PGG的含量最高。 Objective : To study and analyze the content changes of gallic acid, tannic acid, gallic acid glucose ( 13 - PGG) of gallnut at different pH solution. Methods: Gall powder was added in pH of 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6 acetate buffer and made extraction after 3.5h at 95℃ bath water and HPLC was used to determine the contents of gallic acid, tannic acid and β -PGG. Results: When pH is equal to 4, the content of gallic acid in the acetate buffer was highest. When pH was equal to 4.5, the content of tannin was highest. When pH was equal to 5.5, the content of 13 - PGG' s was highest. Conclusion: In the conditions that pH are equal 4, 4.5, 5.5, the gallic acid, tannic acid and β-PGG. have the highest content in the acetate buffer.
