摘要
深水油田开发单井产液量大,作业及维护成本高,对举升管柱工艺及配套装备提出了更高的要求。采用罐装电潜泵完井技术可满足深水人工举升要求,并能有效减少修井作业次数,延长检泵周期。阐述了双罐装电潜泵和罐装双电潜泵的管柱组成、工作原理和工艺特点,介绍了主要配套工具自动换向阀的结构和工作原理,最后结合我国第1个自营开发的深水油田流花4-1油田应用双电潜泵技术的实践成果,指出国内开展双电潜泵系统与高效井下油气分离技术和智能完井技术相配套的研究方向。
The features of high production rate, high operation and maintenance costs of deepwater field de- velopment impose higher requirements on artificial lift technology and supporting equipment. The electric submersi- ble pump deployed within pod could meet the requirements of deepwater artificial lift, effectively reduce the needs of workover operations and extend the pump inspection cycle. The string component, working principle and tech- nique characteristics of the dual ESP system deployed within pod are introduced, and the structure and working principle of the main supporting tool, the auto diverter valve, are illustrated. Based on the case study of the dual ESP application in China' s first self-developed deepwater oilfield Liuhua 4 - 1 oilfield, the research direction of combining dual ESP system with efficient downhole oil-gas separation technology and intelligent completion technol- ogy is proposed.
