Validation of fast testing of microorganism with a Milliflex Quantum method

摘要 目的:考察Milliflex Quantum快速检测系统测定制药用水中微生物的方法适用性。方法:接种11种制药用水中常见的试验菌,比较常规膜过滤法和基于膜过滤法的Milliflex Quantum检测法在微生物检验中的应用。结果:培养42 h,Milliflex Quantum法的回收率均超过70%,且Milliflex Quantum法与常规薄膜法比较没有显著性差异。结论:Milliflex Quantum检测微生物方法快速准确,可以用于制药用水中常见微生物检测。 Objective: To investigate the application of a Milliflex Quantum method for the microbial test. Methods : Eleven kinds of test bacteria derived from pharmaceutical water were inoculated in the experiments. Results of the Milliflex Quantum method were compared with those of the filter membrane method. Results : After cultured for 42 h, recovery of Milliflex Quantum method outstripped 70% , and there were no differences between the Milliflex Quantum method and the filter membrane method. Conclusion: The Milliflex Quantum method is very simple and fast, so it can be used in the microbial tests for pharmaceutical water.
