近红外染料氟硼二吡咯的合成条件研究

摘要 文章以2,4-二甲基吡咯和苯甲醛为原料,采用一锅法合成了近红外氟硼二吡咯(BODIPY)染料分子,并且进一步研究了不同反应时间和反应温度下目标产物的产率,得出一锅法制备BODIPY染料分子的最佳反应条件。 Boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) dye as a kind of fluorescent dye has been developed in recent years, which has out-standing physicochemical properties, especially for long wavelength and near-IR BODIPY dyes. A near-IR BODIPY dyes was synthesized by one-pot method using 2,4-dimethylpyrrole and benzaldehyde as materials. The effect of reaction time and reaction temperature on the product yield of BODIPY was investigated and the optimum condition was got.
