摘要
目的研究分析手术室护理人员工作效能感、倦怠感情况,并探讨其影响因素。方法选取2010年9月至2013年8月的60名手术室护理人员为研究对象,分别采用一般自我能效感(general self-efficacy,GSES)量表和工作倦怠(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)量表评估工作效能感、倦怠感,比较不同护龄、文化程度及职称者的评估结果。结果 60名手术室护理人员的GSES量表和MBI量表评估结果较差,其中护龄较短、文化程度及职称均较低者的工作效能感非常高者比例低于护龄较长、文化程度及职称均较高者,重度倦怠感者比例高于护龄较长、文化程度及职称均较高者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理人员工作效能感相对较低,且工作倦怠感情况较为明显,同时其受护龄、文化程度及职称的影响较大,应给予干预。
Objective To study and analyze the job self-efficacy,burnout situation of nurses in Operation Room and investigate the influence factors.Methods 60 nurses in Operation Room from September 2010 to August2013were selected who all were tested and evaluated the job self-efficacy,burnout situation respectively with GSES score and MBI score.Then the results of nurses with different nursing ages,education degree and positional titles were compared.Results The evaluation results of GSES score and MBI score of the 60 nurses in Operation Room were all poor,in which the rates of the high job self-efficacy in nurses with shorter nursing ages,lower education degree and lower positional titles were lower than those in nurses with longer nursing ages,higher education degree and longer positional titles,and the rate of the severe burnout in the former nurses were higher than those of the latter nurses(P0.05).Conclusion The job self-efficacy of nurses in Operation Room is relatively low,and so is the burnout situation.Meanwhile the nursing ages,education degree and positional titles have a great influence on those indexes.Therefore,these situationes should be rationally intervened.
