摘要
目的:探索护理人员分层次管理的模式,建立激励机制,充分调动各层次护理人员的积极性,围绕自身的发展,推动优质护理。方法:根据卫生部岗位管理意见,以绩效考核为抓手,结合专科培养,对护理人员进行分层次管理。结果:分层次管理后,护理人员的专科内涵、护患双方满意度提高。结论:合理的绩效考核模式,能激发各层次护理人员的积极性和主观能动性,提高专科护理能力,深化优质护理内涵。
Objective:To explore different levels of nursing staffs management pattern,establish proper incentive mechanism,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the nursing staff at all levels,around the development of themselves, promote the development of high quality nursing. Method:According to the ministry of health management, performance assessment as the starting point, by relating specialized training, nursing staffs were managed by hierarchical. Result:After the hierarchical management, nursing specialist contents,both nurses' and patients' satisfaction were increased. Conclusion:Reasonable performance assessment model could stimulate all levels of nursing staffs' enthusiasm and motivation, improve nursing capacity, deepen the quality of nursing care connotation.
