Objective:To analysis and compare the changes and clinical significance of children with congenital heart disease before and after operation serum BNP.Method:60 cases of children with congenital heart disease in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected to study, and were divided into control group and observation group. 30 cases of simple congenital heart disease patients were selected as the control subjects.30 patients with severe congenital heart disease in children of experimental group were selected as research object.Changes of blood BNP before and after operation of the two groups of children were comparative analysised, significance of BNP in the critically ill children with congenital heart disease in evaluation of cardiac function after operation was analysised.Result:The serum level of BNP before and after the experimental group of children with congenital heart disease operation was(19.0±9.9)ng/L,5 min after operation was(23±14)ng/L,24 h after the operation was(32±11)ng/L,compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:It can draw the internal connection between the level of BNP in serum and the corresponding level of heart function through the study of changes of blood BNP before and after operation in children with congenital heart disease in clinic.Find an accurate, quick method to understand the level of heart function is help to safeguard the health of patients,it is worthy to be popularized in practice.
