摘要
首先指出目前工业4.0处于理念和战略思考阶段,还不是现实。工业4.0的内涵可分为两方面:第一方面是智能化、绿色化和人性化,第二方面是分散网络化和信息物理的深度融合。然后从中国国情出发,提出了中国企业的应对策略:充分利用已经具有的信息技术基础设施,采取从上而下的方式一步步地推进,并以沈阳机床集团的举措为例加以说明。
It points out that the current industrial 4.0 is at the stage theory and strategic thinking, not reality. The connotation of industrial 4.0 can be divided into two aspects : the first part is intelligent, greening and humanization, the second aspect is the depth of the dispersed network and information fusion. Proceeding from China's national conditions, it proposes the Chinese enterprise coping strategies for making full use of already information technology infrastructure, presents the way step by step forward, also illustrates some of the measures based on the example of Shenyang machine tool group.
