摘要
针对实际作业中由于传统桥式起重机吊具的单一性导致无法实现多自由度吊装而降低工作效率的问题,提出了一种新型桥式起重机吊具设计方案。通过对比传统吊具结构,设计了多自由度吊具旋转机构,实现了多方位吊装;利用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,对吊具进行动静态分析,静态分析保证了吊具的应力和挠度符合设计要求,动态分析保证了作业过程中避免发生共振现象。分析结果表明,该吊具符合设计和动态性能要求,为实际的生产设计提供了依据。
In view of the bridge crane in the practical operation, the traditional crane spreader can't achieve much freedom lifting and reduce the efficiency. This paper proposes a new type of bridge crane spreader design scheme. Comparing traditional spreader structure, it designs a multi degree of freedom the rotation mechanism, the spreader implements multiple hoisting. It establishes the finite element model based on ANSYS software, analyzes dynamic and static characteristics of the spreader. The static analysis ensures the spreader of stress and deflection according to the design requirements, and dynamic analysis ensures the operation in the process of avoiding resonance phenomenon. The results show that the spreader conforms to the requirements of the design and the dynamic performance, provide the practical design proof.
