摘要
通过沥青和沥青混合料室内试验对比分析了基质沥青与橡胶粉改性沥青的性能,采用非常规试验研究了各种材料加铺罩面的应用效果与经济效益。结果表明:在橡胶粉掺量为10%时,相比基质沥青而言,改性沥青混合料的动稳定度提高2.73倍;残留稳定度增加11%;冻融劈裂强度比提升10.2%,在破坏荷载为3 k N时,可少铺筑厚度7.3 mm,在此情况下铺设长1 km,宽8.5 m的公路可节约资金9 322.8元。橡胶粉改性沥青混合料的应用可以延长路面使用寿命,提高经济效益。
This article comparatively analyzed the performance of asphalt and rubber powder modi- fied asphalt through laboratory tests. Unconventional test was used to examine the application overlay effects and economic benefits of Different materials. The results showed that: In the rubber powder content of 10% , compared with asphalt, modified asphalt mixture dynamic stability increased 2.73 times; residual stability increased by 11 % ; freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio improved 10.2%. When at failure load of 3 kN, paving thickness can be less than the asphalt mixture 7.3 mm, in this case, if laying 1 km long, 8.5 m wide road can save 9 322.8 Yuan. The applications of rubber powder modified asphalt can extend the pavement life and improve economic efficiency.
