摘要
基于新型城镇化建设的背景,调查建筑业农民工技能培训的现状,分析了农民工、企业和政府在农民工技能培训方面存在的问题,提出了培训立法、解决经费、搭建服务平台、规范用工、健全机制、完善制度、优化模式等相关对策,为相关部门提高城镇化发展的质量提供参考作用。
Based on the background of new type of urbanization, an investigation has been developed to acquire present situation of building industry peasant labors＇ skill-training. Existed problems on skill-training have been analyzed in the aspects of individuals, enterprises and the government. Some practical countermeasures have been proposed, such as making laws of training, investing training funds, establishing service platforms,standardizing employment, improving system and optimizing models, which can provide reference for related departments to enhance the quality of urbanization.
