以万珂为主的联合化疗方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨以万珂为主的联合化疗方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2012年2月—2014年5月收治的80例多发性骨髓瘤患者分为两组,各40例。对照组采用吡柔比星(THP)为主的联合化疗方案进行治疗,试验组采用万珂为主的联合化疗方案治疗,经过3个疗程治疗后,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用万珂为主的联合化疗方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果较为明显,整体过程安全可靠,患者以及患者家属较为满意。
