摘要
介绍了三种碟式太阳能聚光器及其镜面组件的结构形式,针对西航公司自主研发的20k W/25k W斯特林太阳能热发电系统,设计了其聚光器镜面组件,进行了在9级风和自重条件下镜面组件的刚度模拟计算,介绍了镜面组件的制造工艺及关键技术,通过太阳光聚光试验,光斑直径可以达到15cm,表明所设计的镜面组件可以实现聚光要求。
Three kinds of dish solar concentrator and the structures of their mirror facet are discussed. The design of the structures of the concentrator mirror facet of the 20 kW/25 kW Stifling solar thermal power generation system developed by AVIC Xi' an Aero-engine (Group) Ltd. , is introduced and it' s structure stiffness under the condition of the 9th level wind and gravity is simulated by FEM. In addition ,the key manufacturing techniques of mirror facet are also discussed. By focusing sunlight test ,facula diameter can reach 15 centimeters. It showed that the requirements of sunlight focusing can be achieved through the desigrled mirror facet.
