果蔬运输振动损伤与其品质评价指标的研究现状 被引量:14

摘要 果蔬运输振动是造成果蔬机械损伤的重要原因。目前,模拟运输是研究果蔬振动损伤的主要方法。将果蔬品质评价指标与振动相关参数建立联系,检验其相关性,得到最优果蔬品质评价指标,能为果蔬的包装、运输、检测提供理论依据。为此,介绍模拟运输的试验方法,列举果蔬运输振动损伤后主要的品质评价指标,分析目前研究的不足,并对该领域的发展趋势进行了展望。 Transport vibration is an important cause of mechanical damage for fruits and vegetables .Simulation transporta-tion is the main method of studying vibration injury of fruits and vegetables .It is contacted quality evaluation of fruit and vegetable with the vibration parameters , tests its relevance ,gets the best quality evaluation of fruits and vegetables , which can provide a theoretical basis for packaging , transportation , testing of fruit and vegetable .This article describes the method of simulation transportation , lists the main quality evaluation index of fruit and vegetable after transport vibration injury , analyzes shortcomings of current research , and development trends in the field are also discussed .
