摘要
准噶尔盆地南缘呼图壁背斜中、上组合存在多套压力系统,下组合压力系统不明,井身结构设计难度大;储气库建设增加了钻完井难度。为了确保大丰1井实现勘探下组合的目的,利用地震资料进行地层压力预测并结合区域钻井情况,井身结构存在4个必封点及1个风险点,首次在新疆油田设计了非常规井身结构。为了降低钻完井难度,将井位移出储气库库区通过钻定向井的方法实现地质目标。实钻表明,非常规井身结构能够满足南缘超深井及复杂多压力系统下的安全钻井要求,对新疆油田复杂深井超深井的油气勘探具有重要的意义。
The design of casing program for HU-tubi anticline in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin is difficult because of the existence of multi-pressure system in middle-upper combination and the pressure system unidentified in lower combination.The construction of natural gas storage increase the difficulty of drilling and completion.In order to achieve the aim of exploration lower combination in Dafeng-1 well,combining the prediction of formation pressure using the seismic data and the drilling situation in HU-tubi anticline,there exist four setting positions and one risk position for casing program.So,unconventional casing program was first time designed in Xinjiang oil field.To make the drilling and completion less difficult,explanting the well location out of the natural gas storage construction by drilling directional well,so the geological target is attained.The actual drilling showed that unconventional casing program adapts to the safety drilling requirements of ultra-deep well and complex multi-pressure system.It has great significance for the oil and gas exploration of complex deep and ultra-deep wells in Xinjiang oil field.
