摘要
在我国不断健全完善的法制环境下,企业必将在法制化轨道上运行,这必将导致企业会面临越来越多的法律风险,企业要想减少损失,在日趋激烈的市场中立于不败之地,就要防范经营中的法律风险,就要从根本上构建完善的法律风险防范体系,依法治企。
In our country where legal environment has continuously improved, enterprises must he running in the orbit of the legal system, which will cause more and the loss and be in an invincible position in the fierce more legal risks to enterprises. If enterprises want to reduce market, they will prevent the legal risk in management, construct the legal risk prevention system fundamentally and manage enterprises according to law.
