摘要
目的从医学教育基础上评价分阶段、针对性、系统化的心理健康教育模式改革的有效性,为我国医学教育健康发展提供参考与依据。方法采取目的抽样的方法,于2013年9月从天津市某医科大学纳入临床及护理专业一-四年级各1个班,共计260名研究对象。2013年9—12月进行改革方案实施,改革前后2次发放"压力源量表(BSSI)"和"特质应对方式问卷"进行调查。结果共有243名研究对象完成全部资料的收集。医学院校学生改革后压力得分(81.44±23.50)低于改革前的(87.86±24.65)分,尤其在人际关系及学业方面压力减低最显著(t/z值分别为11.497,9.003,P值均〈0.01),并且改革后处于问题压力水平以上学生的比例(54.3%)显著低于改革前(70.8%)(P〈0.01)。应对方式方面,在心理健康教育改革后学生积极应对得分(36.39±5.94)高于改革前(32.91±6.03)分,而消极应对得分改革后为(24.56±5.49)分,低于改革前的(28.14±6.37)分,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为-17.428,21.876,P值均〈0.01)。结论分阶段、针对性、网络化系统的心理健康教育模式能够有效改善医学院校学生心理健康状况,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effects of the reform of psychological health education among medical students. Methods A purposive sampling was used in the study. Two hundred and sixty subjects were included. The reform of psychological health education was conducted from September to November in 2013. The Psychological Health of the subjects was measured by questionnaires before and after the reform. Results Jotally 243 subjects finished the whole data collection. After the reform, the subjects had lower pressure scores(81.44±23.50) than the baseline(87.86±24.65) and had higher positive,coping scores( 36.39±5.94) , while, lower negative coping scores (24.56±5.49) than the baseline ( 28.14±6.37 ).The differences were statistically signific (t=-17.428,21.876,P〈0.01). Conclusion On the base of professional education in medical college, the staged, targeted, network system of psychological health education model can effectively improve medical students' psychological health status.
