决策树与Logistic回归模型对高校教职工健康状况影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析四川省某高校教职工身体健康状况及其影响因素,为有效实施高校教职工的健康管理提供依据。方法采用组织体检和问卷调查方式,收集2012—2013年四川省某综合性高校教职工的体检报告及调查数据,运用SPSS 17.0软件构建决策树和Logistic回归模型对结果进行分析与比较。结果所调查的1 554名高校教职工中,健康状况异常者1 009人,占64.9%,女性健康状况异常检出率高于男性(χ2=19.94,P<0.01);异常率有随年龄增加而增高趋势(χ2=121.01,P<0.01)。决策树模型显示年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)和被动吸烟是高校教职工健康状况的主要影响因素;Logistic回归模型显示年龄、性别、BMI、吸烟、每日坐姿状态时间和专业类型是其影响因素(P值均<0.05)。2个影响因素模型分类预测效果的ROC曲线下面积差异无统计学意义(Z=0.030,P>0.05)。结论高校教职工健康状况不容乐观,应根据不同人群特征采取有针对性的健康管理。 Objective To comprehend the health status and its influential factors of university faculties in Sichuan province, so as to provide relative guidelines for scientific health management. Methods The physical health examination and questionnaire investigation were conducted by the examination center. The medical examination reports and valid questionnaires of university faculties were used to establish decision tree and logistic regression model by SPSS 17.0, and to analyze health status and influencing factors of university faculties. Results A total of 1 009 staffs ( 64.9% ) had abnormal physical health in all the 1 554 investigated eases. The abnormal rate showed increasing tendency with age. The decision tree model showed that age, sex, BMI and second-hand smoke were the influencing factors of physical health among university faculties. According to logistic regression model, age, sex, BMI, smoking, sedentary lifestyle and type of faculty had influences on health status. ROC curve found no significant difference in the prediction effect of the two models(Z= 0.030,P〉0.05). Condusion The university faculties' health condition is not optimistic. The key points of health management are to take targeted measures for the different characteristic groups.
