三软煤层缓倾角综放面煤层注水技术

摘要 为了有效解决偃龙煤田三软煤层缓倾斜综放工作面煤墙片帮、煤尘大所带来的制约生产、影响安全管理等问题,通过对煤层情况进行分析、研究,确定对煤墙采用超前注水的方法。1107工作面注水实践表明,超前煤墙注水有效解决了煤墙片帮、煤尘大等问题,降低了煤尘对职工的危害,促进了煤矿的安全生产。 To effectively solve the problems of coal wall spalling on gentle-inclined fully-mechanized top coal caving face and coal dust influencing production and safety management in "three soft" coal seam of Yanlong Coal Mine,through the analysis on the situation of coal seam,it determined to adopt advanced water injection method on coal walls. The practices of 1107 working face show that,the ad- vanced water injection method effectively solved the problems of coal wall spalling and large coal dust, and reduced the hazard of coal dust to workers, promoted the safe production.
