摘要
目的探讨"教、学、做、评"四位一体教学模式在《急救护理》教学中的应用效果。方法采取整群随机抽样法抽取2012级护理7班(对照班,51人)和8班(实验班,53人)专科学生为研究对象。实验组采用四位一体教学模式;对照组采用传统的教学模式。课程结束后,从理论成绩、操作技能成绩和急救护理综合职业能力三方面对两组进行评价。结果实验组的理论、操作技能、综合职业能力考评成绩显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论四位一体教学模式有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,培养其临床思维和急救意识,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,进而提高教学效果。
Objective To investigate the teaching effect of "four of teaching,learning,doing and evaluation in one" mode in "Emergency Care".Methods Class 8 and 7 of Grade 2012 were randomly selected as the experimental group(n=53) and control group (n=51) according to the cluster random sampling,with the former taught in "four of teaching,learning,doing and evaluation in one" teaching mode and the latter in traditional teaching methods.At the end of the course,the two groups were evaluated in theories,skills and comprehensive emergency care competence.Results The scores of the experimental group's theory,skills,comprehensive professional ability were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion "Four in one" teaching mode can stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivate their clinical ideation and emergency consciousness,improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems,which in turn can improve teaching effectiveness.
