摘要
分析了目前客车生产企业售后服务的现状和存在的问题。针对这些问题,充分利用互联网技术的优势,建立了基于互联网的客车生产企业售后服务管理系统,构建起客车企业和客户之间直接、高效的沟通交流渠道,对提高客车售后服务的深度、广度和及时性方面将起到很大的作用。
Analyse the current status and problems existed for after-sale service of bus enterprise.Aim at these issues,take full advantage of using interact technology,set up after-sale service management system for bus enterprise based on internet,build a direct and high efficiency communication channel between bus enterprise and customer, which play important role for the improvement of depth,breath and timeliness of bus after-sale service.
