摘要
基于《散货船CSR共同规范》对沪东中华造船集团设计建造的76 000 DWT散货船进行船体梁载荷包络线优化、规范校核优化设计以及舱段有限元分析优化,有效降低了该船型的结构钢料重量,中国船级社对该船优化后的相关货舱区结构图纸进行了合同前服务和预认可。
Based on Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers ( CSR), the structural optimization design is carried out for the 76 000 DWT bulk carrier structure built by Hudong-Zhonghua. The envelope of bending moment and shear force is optimized to decrease the scantlings of plate and stiffeners according to rule check resuh in cargo hold region. And the direct strength analysis for the cargo hold structures is conducted to meet the requirements of CSR rules. The steel weight of the optimized bulk carrier is saved effectively. CCS offered the technique service and pre-approved our steel drawings od this project.
