The optimal extracting condition of blue pigment from bacteria fermentation

摘要 本文主要研究细菌(T2013)发酵生产蓝色素的提取条件。首先对蓝色素提取的主要单因素(浸提剂种类、浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间等)进行研究;在单因素实验基础上进行正交试验优化提取条件。结果表明:温度对该色素提取有显著影响,以80%的乙醇为浸提剂,在浸提时间为150min、浸提温度为60℃、固液比为1∶50的条件下,提取效果最佳。 The condition of extracting blue pigment from bacteria( T2013 )fermentation was studied. The main single factors including leaching agents, extractive reagent concentration, extractive temperature and extractive time on the ex- traction yield were studied; then an optimal extractive condition was obtained. The results showed that the temperature had a significant influence on the extraction, the best effect of extraction was the ratio of solid to liquid of 1 : 50, tem- perature of 60℃, the operation time was 150min using 80% ethanol as extracting agent.
