摘要
卫浴产品在投入市场之前必须进行试水,传统试水方法多采用人工或者简易刚性器具进行,成本高、精度差、效率低下。柔性卫浴试水机可以在机架及电控部分无需改变的前提下,调整部分测试参数及夹具参数,即可对多种卫浴产品进行试水,克服了传统试水机功能固定的缺点。试水工序基于PLC进行流程控制,可有效提高卫浴企业的工作效率及产品精度。
The bathroom products must be water-tested before they are put in the market. In most factories, the methods of water-test were using artificial processes or rigid machines. Usually, they have high cost, poor accuracy and low efficiency. The flexible water-test machine which can be used for different bathroom products. Once the bathroom product is changed, we didn＇t need to change the whole machine, the ordy work we have to do is changing the flexible clamp parameters, and we can also use the original body frame and electric control. The water-test machine is controlled using PLC （Programmable Logic Controller）. The machine is now working effectively in practical production.
