摘要
乙酸乙酯的制备实验是高职高专有机化学实验中一个比较重要、也是最基本的实验操作。主要原理是利用冰醋酸和无水乙醇在浓硫酸的作用下制取乙酸乙酯,在操作时应控制好反应时的温度。目前实验存在不足之处,如浓硫酸在催化过程中,由于温度过高,使得部分反应物炭化,造成乙酸乙酯产率的降低等。通过对传统制取乙酸乙酯的方法和微波辐射法合成乙酸乙酯的详细对比,发现后者有明显的优势,使制备方法得到改进。
Preparation of ethyl acetate experiments in organic chemistry experiment vocational textbooks is a more important, and the most basic experimental operation. The main principle is the use of acetic acid and ethanol in the role of concentrated sulfuric acid in the preparation of ethyl acetate, but the operation should better control the temperature during the reaction. However, there are many experimental deficiencies, such as concentrated sulfuric acid in a catalytic process, since the temperature is too high, so that the portion of the reaction was carbonized, resulting in reducing the yield of ethyl acetate and the like. In this paper, the traditional method of preparation of ethyl acetate and ethyl acetate microwave radiation do a detailed comparison and found that the latter have a distinct advantage, and achieved improved methods.
