摘要
目的:通过对犬行开颅手术,观察和分析生物型人工硬脑模在修补缺损硬脑膜的有效性及安全性。方法:选取实验犬12只,依据不同年龄分成4组,均给予生物型人工硬脑膜及自体膜处理,观察术后修补材料与周边组织间的关系。结果:4组动物术前及处死前白细胞计数检测结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);处死解剖后发现,生物型人工硬脑膜材料和周边缝合的硬脑膜几乎完全融合、愈合,不可分离,但表面与颅骨骨膜粘连度较轻,较易分离;其内表面生长较自体膜更加接近硬脑膜,与脑表面粘连度明显较自体膜轻,另外可在人工生物硬脑膜内表面观察到上皮细胞覆盖,材料有明显降解。结论:在硬脑膜修补术中应用生物型人工硬脑膜,其自身材料特性能生长上皮细胞组织,且不会和脑组织发生粘连,具备替代、降解及逐渐被自体组织蚕食的作用,能实现实际意义上硬脑膜重建,较自体膜而言有着更加的优越性,适用于各年龄组,是一种安全的修补材料。
Objective:To observe and analyze effectiveness and safety of a biological artificial dura and autogenous membrane in repairing defected dura through craniotomy on dogs Methods:12experimental dogs had been selected and divided into 4groups on the basis of the growth time;all had been treated with the biological artificial dura mater and autogenous membrane to observe the relationship between the repair material and the peripheral tissues.Results:The result of white blood cell counting before the operation was compared with that before execution of the dogs.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).It was found after dissection that the biological artificial dura material fused with peripheral stitched dura and healed with no separation,but the adhesion degree of the material surface with cranial periosteum was low and both could be separated easily.A comparative analysis was made to show that the inner surface of the biological artificial dura grew closer to the dura mater than autogenous membrane.Moreover epithelial cells could be observed to cover the inner surface of the artificial biological dura and the material had obviously degraded.Conclusion:The biological artificial dura mater can be applied to the dural repair and the properties of the material make it possible for the epithelial tissues to grow.Adhesion of the material with brain tissues will not happen and it can be used as the replacement which can degrade and gradually erode with autologous tissues.Dural reconstruction can be actually realized and the biological artificial dura mater can be safely used as the repair material with advantages over the autogenous membrane.
