摘要
结合某港池大桥钢管混凝土顶升施工,首先指出其施工特点及难点,详细阐述了大直径钢管拱肋微膨胀自密实混凝土的配合比设计及优化方案。指出拱肋混凝土顶升施工过程中泵车选型、主要施工工艺及关键控制措施。最后进行了钢管拱肋应力监测、管拱肋变形监测及监测结果分析及钢管混凝土密实度检测及分析。实践证明大直径钢管混凝土顶升施工关键技术是可行的,工程安全、质量得到了有效保障,解决了钢管混凝土的施工难题。
Combined with the lift-up technology of concrete filled steel tube for a dock bridge,the construction characteristics and difficulties are put forward,and the mix proportion and its optimized scheme of micro-expansion self-compacting concrete for large diameter steel arch rib are described in detail. Pump truck selection,main construction process and key control measures in the concrete lift-up construction are pointed out. Stress monitoring of steel arch rib, deformation monitoring and the monitoring result analysis,as well as concrete filled steel tube compactness testing and analysis are done.Practice shows that the lift-up key technology for large diameter concrete filled steel tube is feasible,the project safety and quality are effectively guaranteed,and the construction difficulties of concrete filled steel tube are solved.
