摘要
为探索天然植物提取物美容护肤的功效,研究了地木耳Nostoc commune Vauch.(普通念珠藻)醇提物和水提物的抗氧化、保湿和防晒效果。结果表明,地木耳提取物对羟自由基(·OH)和过氧化氢(H2O2)具有良好的清除能力,且失水率低、紫外线吸收能力强,具有良好的抗氧化、保湿和紫外线防护效果。不同品系地木耳的提取物在抗氧化、保湿和抗紫外线效果上无显著性差异,醇提物的效果略优于水提物。
In order to explore the cosmetic effect of natural plant extracts,the antioxidant activity,moisturizing and sunscreening effects of water and ethanol extracts of Nostoc commune Vauch.were studied.The results showed that the extracts from N.commune Vauch.had remarkable function of scavenging·OH and H2O2 in vitro,the rate of water loss was low and the ability of ultraviolet absorption was intense,which indicated that N.commune Vauch.had positive function on the antioxidant activity,moisturizing and sun-screening effects.In addition,the extracts from various strains had no significant differences on the antioxidant activity,moisturizing and anti-ultraviolet function.The effects of ethanol extracts were stronger than those of water extracts.
