摘要
研究了以1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚作为交联剂,透明质酸钠为原料,制备交联透明质酸钠凝胶。探讨了氢氧化钠浓度、反应温度、反应时间对交联透明质酸钠凝胶中残留量的影响。实验结果表明,反应最佳条件为:氢氧化钠浓度0.25mol/L,50℃反应4小时,20℃反应3天时间。此方法制备的交联透明质酸钠凝胶中交联剂残留量低于2μg/g,所需水洗时间短,产品符合YY 0308-2004标准。
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel were prepared by 1, 4-butanediol diglycidyl ether and hyaluronic acid. Through the investigation of sodium concentration reaction temperature, reaction time is determined to optimize the optimal conditions. Sodium concentration 0.25mol/L, high temperature 50℃, reaction time 4 hours, low temperature 20℃, reaction time 3 days. The crosslinking agent residue is less than 2μg /g with method. The washing time is short. The cross-linked sodium hyaluronate were tested in accordance with YY 0308-2004 standards.
