摘要
目的探讨FEC方案(5-氟尿嘧啶、表柔比星、环磷酰胺)与EC-P方案(表柔比星、环磷酰胺序贯紫杉醇)对早期乳腺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞、杀伤性T细胞、辅助性T细胞和NK细胞的影响。方法选取早期乳腺癌患者68例,随机分为FEC组和EC-P组,各34例,分别给予FEC方案及EC-P方案化疗。结果 FEC组患者在第5次化疗前及第6次化疗前外周血中淋巴细胞总数显著降低(P<0.01),EC-P组患者化疗前后外周血中淋巴细胞总数无显著变化(P>0.05)。EC-P组患者第6次化疗前辅助性T淋巴细胞比例与化疗前及第5次化疗前比较均显著下降(P<0.01),而NK细胞显著升高(P<0.01)。结论EC-P方案对机体免疫功能的影响较FEC方案小。
Objective To explore the influence of FEC protocol (5-fluorouracil,epirubicin and cyclophosphamide) and EC-P protocol (epirubicin,cyclophosphamide and sequential paclitaxel) on T lymphocytes,killer T cells,auxiliary T cells and natural killer (NK) cells in the peripheral blood of patients with early breast cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with early breast cancer were randomly divided into FEC group treated with FEC protocol and EC-P group with EC-P protocol,34 cases for each.Results Total lymphocytes before the fifth and sixth chemotherapy decreased evidently in FEC group (P 〈 0.0 1),but showed no significant differences in EC-P group (P 〉 0.05).The ratio of auxiliary T lymphocytes decreased obviously before the sixth chemotherapy (P 〈 0.01),but NK cells increased significantly (P 〈0.01) in EC-P group compared with those before the first and the fifth chemotherapy.Conclusion EC-P protocol has less influence than FEC protocol on the immunological function of patients with early breast cancer.
