摘要
基于12/8极双通道开关磁阻电动机(dual-channel switched reluctance motor,DCSRM)和传统SRM的有限元模型,分别计算两种电机的自感、互感、转矩特性,并对比分析计算结果。为了更加深入研究该两种电机的性能,在已建立有限元模型的基础上,采用磁路电路联合仿真建模法,分别建立两种电机的动态仿真模型,并对比分析了两种电机的可靠性和转矩脉动。经过有限元仿真和电路磁路联合仿真,结果表明:传统SRM互感较小,可忽略互感对电机的影响,而DCSRM的互感较大,对电磁转矩的输出的影响较大。DCSRM能够实现单通道容错运行,提高了电机的可靠性。此外,经分析动态仿真结果表明,选择合适的控制策略,DCSRM的转矩脉动比传统SRM小。
Based on finite element models of 12 /8 pole dual- channel switched reluctance motor( DCSRM) and traditional SRM,the inductance,mutual inductance and torque characteristics were calculated and a comparative analysis was made. The dynamic simulation model was established based on the modeling method of magnetic circuit co-simulation. A comparative analysis was made about the reliability and torque ripple about the two motors. After finite element analysis and magnetic circuit co- simulation,results show that the traditional SRM mutual inductance is small so that the impact of mutual inductance can be ignored. But the mutual inductance of DCSRM is larger and has a greater impact on the output of electromagnetic torque. DCSRM can work under fault- tolerant operation with only a single channel. And dynamic simulation results show that the torque ripple of DCSRM is smaller than the traditional SRM by selecting the optimal control strategy.
