智能电网中的新一代高频隔离功率转换技术 被引量:34

摘要 随着智能电网的发展,主要由变压器和开关构成的传统配电网结构将会改变,功率转换系统将作为更为核心的角色并实现更为系统性的功能。首先论述智能电网中功率转换技术的研究意义;在此基础上,对传统功率转换技术的局限性以及新一代高频隔离功率转换技术的概念和发展特点进行全面阐述。其次,从系统层面介绍国内外关于高频隔离功率转换技术的典型研究项目,从变换器层面介绍关键技术的研究进展。在此基础上,从技术层面提炼出现阶段高频隔离功率转换技术研究中需解决的关键问题。同时,以高频隔离固态变压器为典型案例,讨论新一代高频隔离功率转换技术在智能电网中的应用方案。最后,结合中国的研究现状,给出发展建议。 With the development of smart grids, the traditional distribution network structure which mainly consists of switchgears and transformers will change; the power conversion system(PCS) will play a more significant role and will implement more fully functions. This paper, firstly, discussed the research significance of PCS technology in smart grids, and on this basis, the limitations of the traditional power conversion technology and the concept and characteristics of next-generation high-frequency-isolation(HFI) PCS technology were comprehensively expounded. Secondly, the paper introduced the typical research projects about HFI-PCS technology in the systemic respect, and the research progress of key technologies in the converter respect. On this basis, the key problems to be resolved in the research of HFI-PCS were summarized. At the same time, the solution example of next-generation HFI-PCS technology was discussed by taking the HFI solid state transformer as a typical case. At last, some development suggestions were gave based on the research status in China.
