摘要
为研究翼型涡流发生器的结构对析晶污垢沉积的影响,利用数值模拟的方法研究在改变其间距、攻角和翼型的情况下,污垢沉积的变化情况。通过引入抑垢率的计算,来表征涡流发生器的抑垢特性。根据实验得出的光片单位面积污垢沉积量与模拟光片得出结果对比,说明验证模拟方法的可行性。通过模拟研究发现在两种攻角下,间距与抑垢率之间的变化关系相同。当间距为10至60mm时,抑垢率随间距的增加而减小。当间距为60至80mm时,则是反向变化。在相同攻角下,流动方向投影面积与抑垢率之间呈现同相变化。投影面积的影响效果与间距相关。
The structure of winglet vortex generators has effects on the crystallization fouling deposition. Numerical simulations were conducted to study the effects. The variations in crystallization fouling deposition were derived through changing the separation distance,the angle of attack or winglet. The anti-fouling characteristics of vortex generators was obtained through calculating the anti-fouling rate.Through the experiment and simulation,The fouling deposition quality on the unit area was experimentally and numerically investigated and the numerical predictions are in good agreement with the experimental data.When the distance is between the 10mm and 60mm,the anti-fouling rate is decreased with the increasing distance.And when the distance is between the 60mm and 80mm,the anti-fouling rate is increased with the increasing distance.At the same angle of attack,the changing trend is found to be same for the proj ected area of flow direction and anti-fouling rate.The influence of proj ected area is related to the spacing.The influence of proj ected area is associated with the spacing about the anti-fouling rate.
