摘要
目的调查我院2013年药物使用情况,分析不合理用药因素,促进临床合理用药。方法抽取我院2013年处方和医嘱,按有关标准进行回顾性分析。结果处方用药合格率为92%,医嘱用药合格率为71%。不合理因素表现为:抗菌药物选择欠合理、过度用药现象、糖皮质激素使用欠规范、中成药注射剂使用欠合理等。结论医师需要加强自身专业学习,药师需要加强与临床沟通,医院需要加强管理,以提高合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate usages of drugs in our hospital in 2013 in order to analyze reasons for irrational drugs uses and promote reasonable drugs applications in clinic. Methods Prescriptions and doctors＇ orders were statistically analyzed in our hospital. Results The qualification rate is 92% in medical prescription and 71% in doctor＇s orders, The performance of unreasonable application of drugs are related to uses of antibacterial drugs, excessive drugs, glucocorticoids, Chinese Medicine injections and so on. Conclusion Physicians need to strengthen their professional learning. Pharmacists need to improve communication skills. Management need to be strengthen in order to standard drugs applications.
