介绍活塞式压缩机的发展状况和分类方法,举例说明活塞式压缩机的新型结构和对气阀结构的优化改进。伴随电子科技的发展,阐述活塞式压缩机的控制系统和故障诊断系统,如压缩机排气量调节系统、压缩机系统的故障诊断系统、压缩机活塞杆疲劳破坏与故障诊断系统。叙述压缩机CAD系统开发与研究工作,对压缩机的优化设计具有重大意义,提出CO2压缩机,为活塞式压缩机在特殊领域的应用提供参考。
Introduce the history and classification of piston compressors,illustrates the novel structure of the piston compressor and the optimization of the configuration of the valve. With the development of electronic technology,describes the control system and fault diagnosis system of piston compressor,such as the compressor displacement control system,compressor system fault diagnosis system,compressor rod fatigue failure and fault diagnosis system. Describes the compressor' s CAD system development and research work,which has great significance for the optimal design of the compressor. Finally,the CO2 compressor,which provides a reference for piston compressor applications in specific areas.
