摘要
自我导向学习具有过程的自主性、对象的广泛性、内容的丰富性、地点的灵活性等特点,是成人学习的有效途径。终身学习的需要、成人工学矛盾的诉求以及成人心理发展的成熟,使成人自我导向学习具有必然性。基于此,在成人教学中,要注意激发成人自我导向学习意识、营造良好的学习环境、教学内容彰显实用性、教授成人自我导向学习策略、引导成人进行反思,从而促进成人进行有效的自我导向学习。
Self- directed learning is an effective way for adult learning. It has some characteristics, such as independent process, broad educational objects, rich contents, flexible learning sites and so on. Lifelong learning, the conflict between worki directed learning necessarily. So adult teacher ng sh and learning and adult mental maturity make self ould stimulate the consciousness of learning, create a good learning environment, prepare the practical teaching content, teach strategies of self - directed learning and guide the adult to reflection to promote the adult self- directed learning effectively.
