摘要
介绍了在柴油十六烷值与其化学组成关系的基础理论研究成果的基础上,在装置催化剂体系和反应机理不改变,分馏系统流程不做改造前提下进行催化柴油改质的工艺探索。实际工业应用表明:在中压加氢裂化装置上进行的原料切换过程整体平稳,装置产品结构分布合理,产品质量稳定可控,改质后柴油十六烷值提高了17个单位,多环芳烃脱除率为99.98%。
Based on the research achievements of basic its chemical constituents, process exploration was theory on relationship between cetane number of diesel and made on modification of catalytic diesel on the premise of keeping catalyst system and reaction mechanism of plant unchanged and no transformation on the fractionating system. Commercial application of the modification showed that the material switching process in middle - pressure hydrocracking plant was generally stable, the products structure distribution in the plant was reasonable,the quality of products was stable and controllable, the cetane number of diesel increased by 17 units after modification,and desorption rate of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon reached 99.98%.
