摘要 带式输送机是现代化煤矿生产的主要输送设备。针对输送带运输能耗大的问题,研发出煤矿输送带运输能耗管理系统。该系统通过安装在输送机机尾的料流传感器检测输送带上煤炭量的多少,控制变频器输出频率,使带式输送机处于最佳运行状态。应用结果表明,该系统能够显著降低能耗,延长输送带使用寿命。 Belt conveyor is the main conveying equipment in modernization coal mine production. The energy consumption management system based on coal mine belt conveyor is developed aiming at the problem of large energy consumption of the belt conveyor. The system checks the amount of coal on the belt through the material flow sensor installed on the tail of the conveyor and controls the output frequency of the inverter to maintan the best operation of the that ybe system can significantly reduce the energy consumption conveyor. The application result shows and orolong the service life of the belt.
