摘要
针对某新型掘进机截割头内喷雾无法正常喷雾的问题,利用CFD软件建立了该截割头内部流道的仿真模型,通过数值分析,得到了截割头内部流道前、后腔串联是无法正常喷雾的根本原因。提出了改变内部流道,平衡前、后腔压力以解决喷雾问题,并进行了试验验证。
For the problem of a new type cutting head Inner spraying of the roadheader not work,the simulation model of the cutting head inter flow channel is established by using CFD software. The results of the simulation shows that the occur of Inner spraying not work are dued to series connection between front cavity and back cavity.Balance the pressure between front cavity and back cavity by Change the inter flow channel is proposed to avoid the problem of spray,and this solution is validated by the experimental.
