摘要
目的：调查2型糖尿病的中医证型与中医体质间的关联。方法：选天津市6家医院符合诊断标准的2型糖尿病患者200例,进行中医证型分布、中医体质调查,统计分析中医体质与中医证型的关联性。结果：2型糖尿病200例患者中,中医证型分布以气阴两虚证（34.0%,95%CI=27.4%~40.6%）、阴虚热盛证（32.5%,95%CI=26.0%~39.0%）、湿热困脾证（29.5%,95%CI=23.2%~35.8%）为主,显著高于阴阳两虚证（2.5%）、血瘀脉络证（1.5%）（P〈0.05）。中医体质类型分布中,阴虚质（30.0%,95%CI=25.8%~34.2%）、湿热质（25.0%,95%CI=21.9%~28.1%）为多（两型比较,无显著性意义,P〈0.05,）,阴虚质与湿热质以外的体质类型比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;湿热质与阴虚质、气虚质以外的其他类型比较（P〈0.05）,差异有显著性意义;气虚质、痰湿质多于阳虚质、平和质、特禀质、血瘀质和气郁质（P〈0.05）,差异有显著性意义。结论：2型糖尿病患者与中医体质类型分布存在关联关系,进一步提示,2型糖尿病患者的中医体质类型与中医证型分布存在关联关系。
Objective： To investigate the correlativity between TCM syndrome types and TCM constitutions ofⅡ type diabetes. Method： 200 patients who met the standards patients with Ⅱtype diabetes were chosen from six Tianjin＇s hospitals. TCM syndrome types distribution and TCM constitution were investigated,and the correlativity between TCM syndrome types and TCM constitution were statistically analyzed. Results： In 200 cases of patients with Ⅱtype diabetes,the distributions of TCM syndrome types were mainly syndrome of qi and yin both deficiency（ 34. 0%,95% CI = 27. 4% ~ 40. 6%）,syndrome of intense heat due to yin deficiency（ 32. 5%,95% CI =26. 0% ~ 39. 0%）,syndrome of disturbing the spleen due to dampheat（ 29. 5%,95% CI = 23. 2% ~ 35. 8%）,which were significantly higher than syndrome of yin and yang both deficiency（ 2. 5%）,syndrome of blood stasis of vessel（ 1. 5%）（ P〈0.05）. In distribution of TCM constitution types,constitutions of yin deficiency（ 30. 0%,95% CI = 25. 8% ~ 34. 2%） and dampheat（ 25. 0%,95% CI = 21. 9% ~ 28. 1%） were more（ comparing two types,no markable significance）; compared the constitution of yin deficiency with constitution types except dampheat（ P〈0. 05）,the difference had markable significance; compared the damp- heat constitution with other constitution types except qi and yin deficiency（ P〈0.05）,the difference had markable significance; the constitution types of qi deficiency and phlegm-damp were more than types of yang deficiency,mildness,special innateness,blood stasis and qi stagnation（ P〈0. 05）,the difference had markable significance. Also we obtained the distribution on TCM syndrome types of constitution types. Conclusion： The patients with ⅡType diabetes have the correlation with distributions of TCM constitution types,and also with distributions on TCM syndrome types,which tips further that TCM constitution types of patients with ⅡType diabetes have the correlation with distributions on TCM syndrome types.
