摘要
在北方夏季大棚条件下,对彩色马蹄莲采取3种不同程度的遮阴处理,通过测定其光合速率日变化、光饱和点、光补偿点以及蒸腾速率,探索其最适光照环境。结果表明,彩色马蹄莲净光合速率的日变化在全光照条件下呈"双峰"曲线,峰值分别出现在10:00和15:00,有明显的光合"午休"现象;遮阴条件下呈"单峰"曲线,峰值出现在11:00,其中,25%遮阴的峰值比全光照高23.9%,50%遮阴的峰值比全光照低18.1%。彩色马蹄莲的光饱和点(LSP)为872.34μmol/(m2·s),光补偿点(LCP)为23.68μmol/(m2·s)。3种遮阴处理的叶蒸腾速率日变化均呈"单峰"曲线,其峰值大小依次为遮阴25%>对照>遮阴50%。综合评定,25%的遮阴最有利于彩色马蹄莲的光合作用,是最佳的光照环境。
This test used three degrees of shading treatment to Zantedeschia hybirds in the north summer under greenhouse.Through the determination of net photosynthetic rate, LSP, LCP and transpiration rate, the most suitable light environment was explored.The test showed that: diurnal variation in net photosynthetic rate curve of Zantedeschia hybirds showed two- peaksat 10:00 and 15:00,and a "noon break" phenomenon under full exposure; whereas the leaf was unimodal curve at 11:00 under shading. The peak 25% shade was higher than full exposure net photosynthetic rate 23.9%, while 50% shade under peak ratio were 18.1% lower than the full exposure.The light saturation point of Zantedeschia was 872.34 μmol/(m^2·s), and the light compensation point was 23.68 μmol/(m^2·s). The transpiration rate of three degrees of shading showed one- peak, and the peak ratio of them was 25% shade contrast50% shade. Taken together, 25% moderate shading was beneficial to the photosynthesis of the plant, and was the most suitable light environment to cultivate in the condition of the north summer under greenhouse.
